• The Development Manager - Infrastructure Projects is responsible for
o identifying new business opportunities through market research, contacting prospects and existing clients.
o the development of infrastructure projects.
• Experience in capturing, developing, planning and implementation of infrastructure related projects with focus on transportation industry.
• Understanding of legislation, practices, and programs for infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of technical and contractual requirements relating to scheme development, construction, and maintenance.
• Identify and select partners (technical and/or subcontractors), if required.
• Identify and manage industry expert consultants (technical, financial, legal, etc.).
• Draft, negotiate and manage joint ventures, consortium, MoU, LoI, NDA, SOW, contracts, and other agreements in collaboration with the Contract/Legal Department.
• Knowledge of funding mechanisms required by planning obligations.
• Coordinate with Finance Department to arrange meetings with banks for Project Financing.
• Content development for presentations and Project Information Memorandum (PIM).
• Attend industry events, such as exhibitions and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Ensure liaison with other departments as appropriate in relation to proposals, projects, legal or other issues.
• Assist and participate in the establishment and the improvement of the SEB’s capabilities (initiatives, processes, procedures, assisting colleagues, etc.) and Al-Ayuni in general.
• Constantly enhance his skills and develop himself by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards for honesty, integrity, respect for others, positive attitude and prevent corruption, including bribery, at all times.
• Adhere to high level of communication, cooperation, consensus building, clarity, and transparency.
