• Responsible for maintaining and improving day to day operations and systems pertaining to all administrative functions with a focus on improving customers’ experiences via their interactions through phone and in person.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and CRM to solve guest’s complaints.
• Responsible for welcoming guests and handling any complaints.
• Reports to the Residency Manager all camp operations of duties as assigned.
• Enforce fairly all rules and regulations of the Camp.
• Supervise camp employee’s front desk, Recreation, QA/QC (HSSE) & Landscaping as assigned by camp manager.
• Schedule time off in a manner that does not conflict with camp functions or operations.
• Work with CRM function to ensure the Camp maximizes sales opportunities.
• Monitor costs, expenditures, and inventory of all Camp areas and achieves targets within established budget.
• Ensure submission of invoices to customers and coordinate with CRM during the collection process.
• Oversee the delivery of superior services to all guests ensuring the utmost quality and care is delivered including prompt response to request and the effective resolutions of all complaints to the satisfaction of guests.
• Maintained and managed the budget for the facility, maintained inventories, conducted weekly inventories of supplies and equipment, reducing the surplus and over spending.
• Be responsible for approving employees’ weekly schedules and ensure all employees adhere to their schedule Managed the daily operations of Camp which included food & beverage, reservations, Recreation, QA/QC (HSSE) & Landscaping and facility maintenance.
• Assist and ensure that stock levels are always as per the set Namariq par levels and operational requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.
• Petty cash management, bills and checks for purchases to record expenses and available cash following company cash purchasing procedure.
• Manage Namariq daily operations to ensure that it operates efficiently and profitably as per pre-set budgets and procedures
• Submit a monthly reports including but not limited to sales, guest satisfaction, actual performance versus forecasted, operational concerns and suggestions for improvement.
• Hold daily and weekly briefings with the all team for every department to discuss daily operations.
