• Ensure Continuous machine’s high performance.
• Develop Standard operating procedures.
• Provide IT support.
1. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, connectivity, communication database, software applications, and peripherals.
2. Approve logistics and maintenance requests for all IT facilitates and requirements.
3. Oversees the implementation and integration of the planned new Oracle System.
4. Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems.
5. Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.
6. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements, and documentation of modifications and upgrades.
7. Oversee provision of IT Support.
8. Keep updated with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
9. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
10. Negotiate and administer supplier contracts and service agreements.
11. Develop yearly budget for IT department and by analyzing previous year’s expenditures and forecasted expenditures for upcoming year.
