• Maintenance supervisors oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.
• Responsible for evaluating problematic facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
• Evaluate each worker's performance to ensure quality operations.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance facility’s equipment.
• Control maintenance budget and spending.
• Prepare the monthly maintenance report and equipment history.
• Assists in rooms’ allocation for incoming and outgoing staff Plans and implements the employee room allocation.
• To supervise cleaning work performed by the outsourced cleaning company, i.e. window cleaning, kitchen cleaning, general room cleaning, recreation room cleaning and staircase cleaning and report any irregularities.
• Performs any other duties as assigned to him by management.
