To comply with the HSE company policy and procedures.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of RAWEC/RPC Network LAN/WAN wired and
wireless Operations like: Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrading, backup and repair
of network devices.
Daily monitoring of all network and server system status to ensure the network availability 24/7.
Designing, managing and maintaining RAWEC/RPC IT Infrastructure including Cyber Security.
Managing Proxy Server (configuring rules and control access of intranet, internal and external
network for end users)
Developing and implementing IT Security Policies and Procedures.
Ensuring maximum possible service availability and performance and reporting any issues promptly and minimizing any downtime by recording any downtime/errors with their causes & solutions.
Managing the CCTV System by providing access to monitor the cameras for authorized personnel.
Assisting current and future requirement and proposing technology solutions.
Maintaining RAWEC/RPC PABX and BRAVO radio system including: configuration, support,
troubleshooting.
Managing Symantec Endpoint Protection Antivirus
Submitting monthly reports of health and availability of all the network devices and servers
Troubleshooting of hardware and software of all PCs, Printers, Photocopiers and all other network
devices used by RAWEC/RPC
To support the Technical Support Manager in any other assigned activity aiming to reach the goals
of the department.
Individual Objectives:
Achieve at least 99% reliability of RAWEC/RPC Systems
Clone and backup systems based on business requirements
Participate on departmental initiatives as needed
Prepare assigned department reports as per the IT manager instructions
Developing and implementing IT Security Policies and Procedures.
To comply with the training plan.
To report 2 Near Misses or Unsafe Act or Unsafe Condition per year.
