1. Responsible for maintain the QMS, QCS & HSE systems fully implement in all production stages and in all the company activities, and to ensure that the effectiveness of the company systems and to maintain the continual improvement steps updates gradually for all company systems.
2. Coordinates with customer service, sales and operations in relation to customers claims & complains.
3. Coordinates with production in relation to product specification, acceptance criteria and continual improvement of production system.
4. Co-Ordinate with Purchase Department in Vendors Development, Assessment & Vendor Rating on monthly basis.
5. Responsible for review and approval for Quality Assurance plan (QAP) & Manufacturing Procedure Specification (MPS), Welding Procedure (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), Welder’s Qualification as per international codes & standards.
6. Evaluate the implementation of QMS & coordinating TQM activities throughout the plant.
7. Responsible for the evaluation of all QC inspectors & the QC seniors ensure the inspection of the product is carried out according to the standards and specifications.
8. Coordinate with projects, operation and maintenance teams and vendors to ensure proper applying of the Company system.
9. Review results of In-house testing, measurements and analytical techniques.
