• Ensuring that the products produced by Co. achieve supreme quality and reliability levels and meet customer specifications.
• Ensuring compliance of products with Saudi quality standards as well as compliance with government procedures, rules and regulations and/or international standards if applicable.
• Communicating the Group quality policy and values, training, motivating and sensitizing quality staff to the critical nature of the job.
• Ensuring requirements of quality system are implemented, maintained and they are always available and followed by the quality staff and by the concerned employees.
• Participating with the QA Director and with HR in the hiring, retention, motivation and development of qualified personnel in QA/validation positions.
m. Submitting the quality reports on timely basis.
• Performing any other quality functions and reporting assignments as and when required.
• Ensuring certification body requirements including manuals, procedures, applications, forms, logs, data are fully update & available for audits.
• Participating, from the technical side, with the QA Director & HR in the selection of Co. quality staff.
• Participating in analyzing the technically training needs of Co. quality staff.
c. Reviewing performance of Co. quality staff and suggesting consequent training needs.
• Monitoring attendance and punctuality of department staff and coordinating with HR on the suitable corrective behavioral action to be taken.
• Development & submitting technical reports related to the plant.
