Services Account Manager is the main interface for customers for service business and all technical matters incl. quality. Responsibility is defined by geographical area, specific service category or food application. Services AM applies value selling to grow the service business in profitable way based customer understanding. Service AM can be member of the extended key account taking operational responsibility for customer sites belonging to a key account in a geographical area or for a food application.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead creation, implementation and follow up of sales and business strategy for given area of responsibility geographically or application
2. Lead understanding of customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis and analysis
3. Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
4. Lead growth of profitable service contracts
5. Participate in creation, implementation and follow up of sales in plans for Key Accounts in collaboration with S-KAM
6. Lead creation service business plans in collaboration with portfolio, SAR and SSE.
7. Lead services dimension in project lifecycle management to ensure new equipment is effectively handed over to services.
8. Participate in follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service business with customer and internally
9. Participate resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver
10. Lead creation of quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets
