• Receive the construction materials physically and record the quantities received by system.
• Deliver the construction materials physically to the site as required and record the quantities issued by system.
• Inform the office on the exact quantities delivered and issued as soon as they are delivered.
• Take daily stocks check, Code and label materials in the store.
• Submit weekly reports on materials received, used, damaged and transferred to other sites.
• Ensure cleanliness and health safety measures in the store at all times.
• Check stock against shipping authorization for agreement as to quantities, descriptions, sizes, conditions and conformance to purchase orders.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management
• Control the movement and storing the fixed asset as tools and equipment’s.
