Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures efficient maintenance and repair of utilities in the system.
- Ensure safe operating conditions exists throughout the facilities, and promptly correct any unsafe condition.
- Develops the annual overhauling plan and ensure the availability of all needed electrical and Mechanical parts for the utilities in the plant.
- Meets the planned budget for Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Equipment.
- Supports the sustainability team to conserve water and energy over the plant.
- Ensures the existence of technical library for all plant utilities to avoid sudden long breakdowns.
- Responsible for Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) implementation in the utilities.
- Follow up contractor progress in the plant vs. the project time line and updates weekly the project Gantt charts.
- Ensure that all the utilities area meet the (AIB) Standards.
