1. Manage the daily activities in the production department; set production budgets, ensure the smooth work of the production lines in an efficient and effective way in order to meet the target and policies of the company.
2. Ensure the high performance of the team and the overall department activities in order to achieve the mission and vision of the company.
3. Assist the factory manager in the decision-making such as running of the machines, quantities to be produced …etc.
4. Prepare production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
5. Maximizing production capacity for the production lines.
6. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and ISO 9001 and food safety ISO 22000 system..
7. Maintain production staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
8. Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
9. Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices,record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
10. Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
11. Estimate production costs, implement cost control programs.
12. Submit the monthly production and waste report.
13. Act promptly to avoid unnecessary centralization and delays in communication.
14. Aid in analyzing and understanding developments to facilitate scheduling, Help in maximizing the income while reduce the cost.
