Estimation Engineer is responsible for filling cost estimate and produce project cost estimation and manpower required. He also fills in the tender BOQ and reviews it with the Senior Estimation Engineer.

1. Review and understand scope of projects under bidding
2. Review suppliers’ database
3. Extract packages from BOQ & specs
4. Coordinate with QS to get quantities
5. Communicate with suppliers and send RFP
6. Respond to suppliers’ inquiries
7. Perform price analysis & breakdowns
8. Fill BOQ
9. Coordinate with document controller to update suppliers database
10. Raise/discuss concerns regarding bids to stake holders
11. Manage multiple tenders simultaneously
