1. Review and revise production and fulfillment plans as required by changes in the sales forecast or manufacturing schedules.

2. Establish direct contacts with all suppliers to get the orders on time.

3. Act as a liaison between supply planning, manufacturing, quality, marketing and functions, communicating and troubleshooting issues, problems and concerns.

4. Continuously review the sales forecast, analyze production plans and inventory reports, availability/ requirements for long lead time.

5. Lead S& OP meetings.

6. Assist in the expediting finish goods to support customer order fulfillment.
