Improve 2G/3G/LTE KPIs (CSSR, CDR, SHO and ISHOSR) according to department targets
Improve 2G/3G/LTE Data KPIs (throughput, latency, CSSR, CDR) according to department targets
Monitor 2G/3G/LTE KPIs and send corrective actions for hardware and quality problems on daily basis
Comply with NTRA regulations and thresholds to avoid any quality violations
Deliver Periodic reports with KPIs, actions and escalations to management
Audit critical Parameters periodically and take corrective actions to restore defaults and manage exceptions
Follow Day to Day work orders through the WO Process/tool to escalate cases exceeding SLA
Review & validate the Capacity development inputs including calendar Events preparations, Upgrades, Downgrades..etc
Detect and escalate External Interference to concerned parties
Troubleshoot in-field problems by drive tests and log file analysis for 2G/3G/LTE voice and data to resolve quality problems
Audit and Update Orange site Database to correct inconsistencies
Respond to the VIP and Customer complaints from Quality of service dept within agreed SLA
provide configuration for new sites including FP, NBRs, XMLS for parameter settings,…..
Request and Validate Frequency Plans according to traffic growth and quality KP
