Management Reporting

Reconciliation of all control accounts/ suspense accounts.
Prepare audit schedules so that they are updated on monthly basis.

Processing Supplier Claims / Payments
Prepare and raise Debit Notes as per the guidelines agreed with supplier within the timelines.

Foreign supplier Payment booked in System and filing.

Processing Other Payments
Payment of monthly rental bill of transportation, stock transfer and customer deliveries
Process payments on behalf of principal.
Processing of Stock Issue Requisitions (SIRs).

Processing Accounting Data
Entering and posting of journal vouchers.
Booking of petty cash transactions in system.
