Need freelance Interior architects specialize in designing and building interiors for safety, functionality and aesthetics.
Each job may require drafts design plans to create or remodeling spaces from beginning to end, in commercial buildings or private villa, lighting and furnishings, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including detailed working drawings, models and schemes, furniture, mill-work, tile, elevations, plans and sections. Often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• work closely with quantity and specs surveyors to establish BOQ schedules.
• supervise work at the design stage and on site (this is an optional request he can accept/refuse).
• Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.
• Site visits (according to freelancer convenient time).
• Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same for design process, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Work in office or at home doesn’t matter for us.
Salary:
Will be per job, according to duties required and project size.
