Job Description:
- Provides the necessary research to identify and classify the targeted customers.
- Analysis of customers purchasing behavior, work-shop visits and parts acquisitions
- Assisting in the research and development of marketing programs through consultation with internal departments including being responsible for the coordination and promotion of the key accounts in After-sales marketing department
- Sales analysis reports ( Blue channel, over the counter & work-shop sales)
- Update weekly Visit reports and visit plans
- Helping in managing after-sales marketing campaigns (events organization)
- Assist t in Writing after-sales marketing department communication articles and invitation letters
- Follow-up the outcomes and agreed points of visit reports
- Create monthly report to show after-sales marketing department results
