• Prepare Shop drawings and Technical submittals.
• Prepare Mechanical calculation for mechanical systems (HVAC, FF, and PL).
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.
• Ensure the distribution of the approved shop drawings with latest revision.
• Follow up subcontractor’s progress.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
• Prepare material submittals.
• Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for construction team.
• Manage quantity surveying and change orders.
• Maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all projects (i.e. working drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders … etc.) and coordinate with different teams to get these documents issued.
• Check the quality of the work executed.
• Follow up shop drawing approval, material submittal approvals
• Prepare any required reports.
• Perform any related duties and tasks
