• Coordinating with respect to QS of project consultant regarding the contractor invoices, cost breakdown, etc…...
• Prepares the preliminary cost estimates for the project’s cost as requested by the technical Manager.
• Prepares the preliminary cost estimates for the project if requested, based on the released design and specifications.
• Presents/discusses the quantities, and cost estimates with the technical Manager/Engineer for review before submitting the invoices to the project consultant.
• Answers the project consultant questions and prepares the necessary corrections, if any.
• Prepares the B.O.Qs and the final cost estimates for the project, at the end of the Engineering Production Phase, based on quantities calculated from the construction drawings.
• Maintains current records of rates and prices of materials, labor and equipment.
