Quest Search & Selection is working with a Group of Cafes seeking for a Café Operations Manager - Regional to work in Saudi, KSA.

We ideally are looking for candidates with experience in managing multi-unit international cafes.



Job description

As the Regional Operations Manager for the group, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Franchise cafés and local café concept with focus on P&L and guests' satisfaction
• The Regional Manager will work close with the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Oversee the Brand Manager, Training Manager and Café Managers
• Working close with HR Department: staff recruitment, training, appraisals and disciplinary actions
• Review the SOP in order to maintain the consistency in the service and products
• Travel as required by the Management for visits in all the outlets across GCC
• Market research and understanding of the competition

  Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Regional Operations Manager):
  
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Managerial level in cafes (Europe or America experience is a plus)
• Customer experience orientated individual
• Good negotiation skills
• Leadership skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel - 70-80% of scheduled time
• Franchise experience is a plus

  The Benefits
  
  Salary package offered is SAR 20,000 - 25,000 including all the allowance; single status only; relocation from home country and yearly tickets; medical insurance.
