Job Description:
Follow up the maintenance in the workshop.
Adjust the workloads of employees to match their skills and abilities
Carry out diagnoses and preliminary diagnoses on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids.
Documenting diagnosis methods and processes.
Contacting the customer for additional information on the malfunction.
Provides the service technician with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them & assist/ guide him to solve the problem.

Contacting technical support department in case of complex technical problems.
Ensure that any parts that need replacing are available in stock.
Facilitate the training and development of technicians in the division.
Contacting the warranty department to ensure the time allowed for warranty and goodwill work is met.
Carrying out concluding function and quality checks to ensure the sustainability of the repair.
Creating technical products reports on vehicle faults, description of causes and measures.
