Receive budget input from the Commercial Planning team.
Review, validate and challenge the budget input
Meet with Commercial department to discuss assumptions.
Identify key risks and opportunities in the VAS & Data revenue
Produce budget pack for VAS & Data revenue including KPIs and revenue
Perform analysis for the prepaid revenue and identify key variances from budget
Meet with Commercial team on monthly basis to discuss variances and reasons behind the variance
Provide prepaid revenue variance analysis in the Flash Call, CBC and the monthly Finance pack
Receive prepaid business cases from Commercial Pricing team
Validate and provide constructive challenge for key assumptions
Perform sensitivity/what if analysis
Identify risks and opportunities in the business case.
Provide recommendations of go/no go
Build daily/weekly trends for VAS and Data revenue
Identify any change in trends and raise flags for any budget threat
Meet with Commercial team to discuss trends and corrective actions if needed
