Provide technical support for all other Nokia MCOs within the group in all areas: radio, OSS, features, new technologies, planning, operation using all available resources within Orange Egypt.
Ensure answering all group inquiries in a timely manner and with required quality.
Build and maintain network of business partners within OEG and Nokia to be able to give the required group technical support in all fields
Test and validate complicated and important RAN features that requires strong experience with 2G/ 3G/4G RAN planning and algorithms.
Test and validate Nokia E2E features that requires good knowledge of core and/or transport networks.
Help in troubleshooting critical or unusual issues that are raised during any of the RAN new trials.
Find out new methods & techniques for improving the network Quality and cost
Interface with different Nokia and OEG teams(Engineering, operation, optimization, rollout) to plan for the features trials.
Provide technical evaluation for the tested features with a clear recommendation whether to be deployed or not.
Set default parameters and setup templates for new features activation to be used by other teams.
Support Orange technical SKC in the areas of Contract management, maintenance contract negotiation, followup and SLAs.
Contribute to the group in the selection of suppliers by supporting Orange technical skill center and Sourcing teams.
Support Orange technical SKC and MCOs in the areas of Product assurance.
Ensure timely Acceptance of New Products to Acceptable/Contractual Quality Levels.
Ensure Effectiveness of Suppliers Processes for Product Creation and Delivery.
Responsible for Continuous Improvement of Supplier Performance.
Monitor equipment field Performance.
Ensure effectiveness of Improvement Actions
