Contract Management responsibilities:
Ownership of Bidding, tendering and contract management process; includes;
Open and limited tenders
Prepare all related tenders documentary; either technical or commercial, terms and
conditions, letters of guarantees.
Draft and manage the tender's brochures and proposal.
Coordinate with consultants for technical issues
Develop list of accredited suppliers.
Analyze commissioning and manage negotiation
Follow up on work progress
Approve payments for suppliers till job closure
Ensure following the company policies and procedures
Procurement responsibilities:
Handle all purchasing requisitions received from the Operations' department
Ensure following the company policy in executing all requests
Maintain solid and fruitful relationships with the suppliers
