Quest Search & Selection is working with a fine dining group of restaurants in Riyadh, KSA looking for an Executive Chef to manage the kitchen operation of their venues.



We ideally are looking for candidates with experience in KSA in fine dining venues - standalone only.



As the Executive Chef - standalone restaurants, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Day to day operation of the 3 outlets
• Negotiating the best deals with suppliers
• Menu creation and costing
• Oversee production of high-quality meals
• Understand the fiscal management of a large food operation
• Responsible for the control and maintenance of all equipment
• Good knowledge of P&L Management

  Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Executive Chef - standalone restaurants):
  
• Recent KSA experience in fine dining
• European and South Californian Cuisine advanced knowledge
• Good understanding of KSA market - suppliers
• Culinary Degree
• Food Safety Certification HACCP
• Food Handlers Certification COSH
• Up to date with all F&B trends in the kitchen
• 6-10 years experience with minimum 5 years in management

  The Benefits
  
  Salary package offered is SAR 25,000 - 28,000, yearly ticket, medical insurance, tips. Please note that this is a single status position.
