• Directly responsible for pre-fit out preparation process:
o base built drawings submission to tenants
o tenant space handover
o review of the tenant design drawings and taking through RDC approval process
o Fit Out Contractors’ induction process (pre-start meeting as per RDC fit out Guide)
o Permit to Works issuance and approval procedure
• Requesting and distributing information in a timely manner
• Understand the client, and business requirements, support and deliver solutions to meet and exceed needs contributing to the satisfaction of customer objectives.
• Planning Fit Out inspectors’ daily schedule
• Monitoring Health and Safety of the Fit Out works
• Collecting, summarizing and supplying Fit Out Manager with daily progress reports
• Manage relationships and regular communication with Fit Out Contractors and General Contractor’s representatives
• Continually audit Fit Out Contractors’ performance against requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• To identify and report risks to the properties at an early stage
