Primary Tasks:
Assist with full cycle processing of Accounts Payable, Receivable and Billing
Assist with prepare bank reconciliations, account reconciliations and analysis
Handle billings, bank deposits, correspondence
Assist with perform month-end and year-end closings through trial balance, general ledger, and financial statements
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to provide advice
Comprehend chart of accounts and code entries to proper accounts
Perform data entry duties
Work with technical support and operations department on obtaining information from existing clientele
Work with sales staff in gathering needed financials for approval
Prepare Statutory Accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare final and projected tax computation.
Prepare Inter company reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items and resolve queries.
Resolve any differences arising out of reconciliations of subsidiary records with General Ledger.
Establish and maintain control procedures
