JOB LOCATION IN RIYADH
- Design, develop and execute best-practice initiatives for core human resources policies and programs, including but not limited to: succession and career planning, employees retention and records, performance appraisals, documentation processes.
- Develop, monitor and implement overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and across the organization.
- Manage the day-to-day operations, ensure security and accuracy of employee records, consistency of practice and maintenance of optimum service levels.
- Ensure the organization is operating legally, effectively and efficiently by guaranteeing compliance with organizational policies and other governmental and legal requirements across the organization.
- Ensure effective benefit and compensation policies, practices and systems are in place in accordance with government guidelines and practices.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure that HR & Admin services are provided to the employees in a timely fashion.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
