On behalf of a growing Fast Food chain, we are seeking an experienced IT Manager application to be based in Riyadh.
You will be responsible for guiding development teams for ERP Software implementation for all their restaurant outlets. Plan, manage and deliver by providing project leadership and oversight on a day-to-day basis. Build a project plan, including resources and deliverables. Lead the development of strategic plans for projects. Main responsibilities: • Online ordering Web portal setup & mobile App • Call centre maintenance and Improvement (AVAYA already in use) • POS software maintenance and improvement v(Already in use) • Network connectivity maintenance and Improvement • MIS & Data mining • New branches overall IT readiness & maintenance
