•Supervise Stock making international and local Engineering purchase orders,
•following up the daily updates for all shipments.
•handling all later on clearance procedures until receiving goods at warehouse
•coordinating with the accounting dept. to prepare for payments by providing them with all necessary invoices and Excel sheet reports.

\[Handle all phone calls & follow up with IT
\[ Handling office supplies and maintenance necessities on daily bases
\[Manage filing process & documents control.
\[Handle Visa issuing, making hotel reservations and booking flights for CEO.
