Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Manage and maintain the websites of the 3 brands
Write and optimize content for the website and social media platform
Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Respond to comments and customer queries on social media in a timely manner
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews and brand mentions
Attain KPIs such as reducing the website bounce rate and improving conversion
Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
Edit and publish content to social media platforms, websites and applications
Work closely with creative, digital and media agencies to deliver digital campaign.
Attend and participate in brand on-ground events and leverage them online
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media Platforms
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Measure performance of digital marketing KPIs using a variety of Web / app analytics tools.
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
