We are currently looking for a Regional Head of Retail for a Regional Luxury/ Niche Fragrance Company in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh/ Jeddah).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with commercial director to create and implement a brand strategy
- Implement the budget for the regional retail division
- Develop the annual and monthly forecast that aligns with the sales target for the regional retail division
- Regularly monitor the sales performance to assist with decision making and recommendations
- Evaluate the sales improvement plan and identify new opportunities to increase sales
- Take corrective action on high / low performing stores to ensure business growth and profitability
- Monitor the sales performance of e-commerce and suggest methods to increase the performance and market share
- Communication with shopping malls, retailers and distributors to maintain retail network
- Communication with malls regarding rentals, podiums and promotions
- Recognise new locations and access them for future opportunities and business growth
- Handle the factory production and procurement forecasting process (sales forecast, review bills of material related to factories)
- Supervise the supply chain process (stock levels, shipments, accurate shipments)
- Plan marketing/ PR activities for each brand in coordination with the marketing team
- Monitor competitors and increase awareness of market trends
- Develop and coach the team to be innovative, adaptable and efficient
- Manage the performance evaluation of each individual of the team (provide leadership, team development, promotions)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Retail (fragrance/cosmetic) sector and 3 years of experience as Head of retail in KSA
- Experience in retail operations, strategic planning, customer relationship management, sales/budgeting & forecasting and strong negotiation skills
- Candidate must have a dynamic personality and maintain networking connections in the retail sector
- Candidate must speak Arabic and English fluently
