Studying and reviewing all tenders documents including instructions to
tenders, contract general and special conditions, BOQ, specifications,
and drawings. - Sending the projects data (B.O.Q, Specs. &
Drawings) to the subcontractors and receive the Offers from the
subcontractors - Handling the conflicts between subcontractors and the consultant - Reviewing the offer from Technical and financial aspect.
- Handling the pricing operation by making a comparison sheets between
the Subcontractors and choose the most suitable one for the operation. Studies indirect costs and breakdown analysis associated with construction projects-
- Handling the Corresponds and communicates with different departments
within the company (construction, finance, procurement and admin) when
necessary.
