-Job Specific Knowledge:
The SPI Administrator is the SPI product owner for a project, and is responsible for overall SPI system setup, configuration, and day to day operation. The SPI Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all projects are configured per project standards and requirements. The SPI Administrator is responsible for general overview of project SPI implementation/execution as.
-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco SAES-A-202 and SAEP-334 standards.
• Liaise with Design Systems Manager for system improvements and modifications
• Implementation and setup of SPI projects in the Al-Kobar office to project standards
• Coordination with Lead Discipline Engineers/Designers, as required
• Input into development, and implementation, of new procedures, guidelines and workflows, as required
• Management of project specific SPI Guidelines and general input to changes into SPI procedures
• Produce project Job Notes as need to improve project efficiency and work practices
• Consolidate/Merge SPI databases and trouble shoot issues.
