• Carry out the required preventive maintenance plans for tools & participate in its scheduling with the Tooling Manager.
• Directly supervise & coordinate staff daily activities.
• Assist in the operation of fixing malfunctioning tools & troubleshoot tools problems.
• Making Spare Parts.
• Participating in identifying the department’s tools, material & spare parts needs.
• Follow-up and record tool history in their records.
• Follow up on the spare parts stock for the tools.
• Abides by the health and safety procedures and the usage of preventive action responsibilities.
• Keeping tools maintained and organized.
• Abide by the company quality policy for work instructions.
• All other duties as requested from time to time.
