Quest Search & Selection is working with an International Luxury Retail Brand seeking a Trainer to work in their office Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We ideally are looking for candidates with training experience in retail or luxury brands who are bilingual.



Job description

As a Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Creating campaigns to promote the cross selling, client engagements and up selling.
• Coaching and mentoring the sales team
• Maintaining and coordinating with the various teams and developing strong bonds
• Analyzing the sales team's performance and identifying the necessary training needs
• Keeping a tally of the coaching session and providing detailed feedback to the reporting manager

  Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Sales Manager - Corporate)
  
  · +5 years in retail
  
  Fluent English and at ease in public speaking - Arabic a great plus -
  
  
  
  · Good analytical skills : KPI reading and solution providing
  
  · Strong interpersonal skills
  
  · Fluent in English- Arabic is a great plus
  
  · Luxury background a must - Curious about fashion, art, jewelry, gemology, culture in general
