- Responsible of completing all documents of the case and preparing the lawsuit that need to be reported to the court in order to win the case.

- Responsible of represent the company legal cases at the related court.

- Responsible of following up with the cases at the court and generate reports.

- Follow up and complete orders issued by the court.

- Collect the amount under guarantee procedures after getting the court order, and receiving the receipt.

- Review and prepare all basic agreements and contract of the company.

- Responsible of archiving & filing system in the department to generate legal actions report.
