Job purpose:
School Supervisor serves as resources for teachers as well as act as liaisons
between the school management and the field, and offers experienced and
objective perspectives on overall classroom effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Observe and gather assessment data on lessons conducted by teachers at various school sites.
Provide descriptive feedback on a teacher's execution of professional
responsibilities (lesson planning, implementation and assessment.
classroom interaction, maintenance of records).
Help the teachers relate teaching theory to classroom practice (e.g., discuss reasons for selecting materials and methods);
Help the teachers develop consistent classroom management practices
conducive to learning, which promote respect for others and for cultural
and linguistic diversity.
Supervise all scientific materials science, mathematics and computer.
Guide scientific projects for students such as innovation and others.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English spoken and written
- Ability to lead & develop a team.
- Smartness in social interaction
- Ability to work under pressure- Experience in scientific projects for students
- Deep-rooted knowledge of modern teaching methods.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in science preferred in physics then biology then chemistry.
- Teaching Experience of not less than 5 years in the international school.
- Prior supervision experience- Knowledge of KSA school system
