We need three Branch Managers ,one for each region – West Region (Based in Jeddah) – East region (Based in Dammam) – South region (Based in Khamis Mushait)
Job Description:
A leading company in household cleaning is looking for a branch manager to head the region operations. The successful candidate will be accountable & responsible for managing the branch and its sales and administration in full.
He should manage the sales and distribution process of the household cleaning range of FMCG products. He has to direct and control the team of sales staff, merchandising staff, delivery staff and the general admin staff. He will have the overall responsibility for sales, profitability and growth of his branch.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales & collection targets of the territory
- Insure proper distribution of brands/innovations
- Plan & execute activity plans/flyers/promotions with key accounts in his region
- Ensure brand is represented as per the company’s standards in set territory
- Direct sales force to ensure key objectives are set
- Conduct the daily meeting with sales force to ensure achieving all targets and resolving any issues
- Manage & maintain the relationships with the relevant representatives of the Key Accounts in order to ensure easy access and deployment when required and to ensure prolongation of KA contracts.
- Generate reports, analyze sales, understand gaps and put plans to capture all opportunities
- Hold negotiations with key accounts/clients
- Setup/adjust route plans & ensure compliance to route plans
- Manage allocated cash allowances, budgets and offers.
- Follow up on invoicing and order deliveries
- Follow up on market returns
- Hold periodic market visits (including visiting outer stations), report opportunities and ensure correction plans are being executed
- Coach and train sales team and merchandisers on sales fundamentals
- Insure achieving required service level to customers
- Develop sales channels
- Build a strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
