The Design Manager leads the precast project design from a technological and practical perspective. The position demands direct interaction with all project stakeholders to ensure that the output results are optimized. The Design Manager also provides technical guidance to the production and erection processes as well as ensuring that the implementation follows the finest practice principles. He also ensures that the design is safe, useful and as aesthetically pleasing as possible, without compromising on the laws, regulations and standards where the precast concrete units will be utilized.To head the Design Department and ensure the preparation and execution of the design processes in accordance with the project and industry requirements.

Overall coordination and monitoring the design of the project.
Obtaining/monitoring the data input of the project.
Prepares necessary structural calculations and gets approval for them from the client.
Monitor the overall progress of the design-related works and ensures that the deadlines as set by the projects precast schedule and construction schedule are met.
