About the role
Ensure accurate calculation of Bank charges, commissions, and debit & credit interest in relation to invested amounts at each bank in order to control the impact on Orange Income Statement
Perform accurate daily bank reconciliations for all dealing banks accounts , and follow up with the finance teams to ensure booking the related transactions (Payable, Commercial Accounting, Tax …etc.)
Detect & raise alert for any delay of delivery, non-deposit & misallocation of amounts at Orange accounts with banks in order to control the financial assets of the company
Liaise with other departments to ensure systems and processes are in place to record all payments and receipts in accordance to the cash management strategy in order to capture real position in the Financial Statement
Prepare the following various reports & produce their related required analysis in order to provide the management with accurate status needed for decision making
Debit & credit interest accounts actual monthly report.
Bank charges accounts actual monthly report.
Gain/loss realized and unrealized foreign exchange accounts actual monthly report
Cash and cash equivalents accounts actual monthly report.
Monthly Aging report of un-reconciled items
Apply internal control measures within own area of responsibility to confirm compliance with Orange policies
Recommend policies for cash management in order to reduce the risk and maximize the return generated from Orange l financial asset
