• Coordinates with the client IT team to setup new consultants and third parties with appropriate environment access
• Install Dynamics AX 2012 including SharePoint, SqlServer, Enterprise Portal, and Active Directory
• Ability to monitor and manage Dynamics AX environments
• Manage users in Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Coordinates with the client, third party andinternal project teams any anticipated maintenance window.
• Coordinates any hotfixes/service packs/feature packs/cumulative updates.
• Coordinates and/or performs any environment restores
• Coordinates/enforces version control on all code in the development environment.
• Coordinates code deployment to TEST and PROD environments
• Monitor environment performance and suggest refinements on application configuration or hardware as needed
• Assist with the definition and set-up of security roles
• Coordinate and execute any required AOS reboot in any environment
• Active participation in discussions with the client and project teams.
• Assist in defect closing, defect tracking and defect root cause analysis.
• Must be willing to become certified (MCP, MCSE) in all Technical areas of Microsoft Dynamics.
