• Administer and troubleshoot all servers
  (i.e. DC, Mail Server, Antivirus Server, File Server, Backup Server).
• 
  
• Assist helpdesk team by providing them
  with necessary support and tools to enhance the performance of all working
  systems.
• 
  
• Implement antivirus and security
  solutions for the head office and branches with automatic updates.
• 
  
• Secure and protect the data from
  internal and external attack.
• 
  
• Follow up efficiently the connectivity
  branches and internet services to solve their problems if they occur.
• 
  
• Make sure that all network resources
  work well and help solve their problems (switches, routers, access points, …etc.).
• 
  
• Troubleshoot all Microsoft Windows
  applications and systems including Windows 7/8/10, Windows Server 2012/2016 and
  E-Mail system.
• 
  
• Manage and troubleshoot the physical
  network infrastructure, including wired and wireless connections.
• 
  
• Provide access to the corporate network
  via virtual private network (VPN).
• 
  
• Provide technical support to include
  assigning users' rights and access permissions, resetting passwords,
  establishing e-mail addresses, performing backups and restores.
• 
  
• Provide technical support as required
  for new projects (i.e. CCTV system, upgrading the servers' operating systems
  and install new network switches).
• 
  
• Perform daily IT system monitoring to
  verify the performance and availability of all hardware, servers and review
  system and application logs.
• 
  
• Prepare the necessary documentation of
  current system/network configuration and diagrams.
• 
  
• Perform a periodic check and cleaning
  of servers and network hardware devices to extend the life of the equipment.
•
