Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.


● Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.


● Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department.


● Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.


● Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.


● Participate in developing the main objectives of the entity and to participate in its formulation


● Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs so as to achieve the main goals of the entity


● Participation in management meetings and express an opinion on the results and decisions


● Responsible for announcement / inform all personnel and administrative decisions after endorsement


● Implementation of approved quality and logistical plans


● Review and audit procedures, forms, records and instructions for the quality system for administrative affairs before being approved by the GM


● Keeping the industrial and commercial registration and follow up the validity of these documents and other documents


● Verify that all administrative instructions are already in place and set sanctions for violators


● Approving vacations, hiring and termination decisions


● Training of personnel on administrative affairs


● Raise the weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the Executive Director and the General Manager to discuss these reports in the board meetings.
