Ø  Assist in HR Strategic management / Employment – Development, compensations benefits– Employee Relations – creating polices & procedures


Ø Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to


Ø  Assist in Develop
and maintain close working relationships with all internal functions in the affiliate to ensure that all HR systems, policies, procedures and initiatives
are implemented.


Ø  Analysis of each work what has been accomplished in human resources management and who have not been, and submitted to the Human Resources Manager.


Ø  Identify, maintain external HR services providers such as recruitment agencies; compensation & benefits.


Ø  Develop and monitor budgets for all major Human Resources and Development projects.


Ø  Ensure that the payroll requirements are met in a timely and accurate fashion and adhere to government guidelines.


Ø  Implement and maintain key systems Roles as mandated by Corporate including Recruitment & Selection; Performance Management system;
Compensation & Benefits; Payroll;  Development;
Orientation.


Ø  Assist in Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of the payroll service
including review of payroll processes and procedures and recommending best practice principles to the Senior Management Team.


Ø  Motivate and develop the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the affiliate.


Ø  Focus on measuring the employee engagement of the business units and take actions necessary to improve it


Ø  Assist in Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions


Ø  Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.


Ø  Assist in Develop a competitive compensation strategy that will enable the company to attract,
motivate and retain a high caliber of employees


Ø  Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and morale through implementation and development of different programs that will motivate them


Ø  Act as a strategic business partner for a dedicated business domain and as a focal point for all employee related matters


Ø  Prepare business proposals and presentations for internal and external consumption.


Ø  Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures, prepares and maintains handbook.


Ø  Maintains working relationship with government officials and adheres to terms of labor contract
by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and
working conditions.


Ø   Responsible for all aspects of the staff
accommodations and makes regular inspections of staff changing rooms, toilets, staff accommodation and facilities and to take steps to ensure that these areas are maintained to a high standard.


Ø  Responsible for reviewing the daily entries from vacations, personal and Bills, Bills work, additional
workers.


Ø  Inspection employed kitchen company matching balances the store.


Ø  Inspection personnel hygiene.


Ø  Inspection of Occupational Safety and Health is responsible and they do their job to the fullest.


Ø  Audit the work of the private payroll company.


Ø  Responsible for Execution Annual Training Plan & Budget After work TNA jobs.


Ø  Responsible for the work of employees who have completed 3 months of work to increase your salary evaluation.


Ø  An action plan to attract the required competencies of personnel and methods of implementation.


Ø  Action required interviews with hiring and how to choose among them workers.


Ø  Action interviews the end of the service. (EXC INTERVEWS).


Ø  Responsible for follow-up medical conditions, medical administration, which has been contracted.


Ø  Responsible for the work of recreational trips for employees every p months, along with the ideas of innovation improves the performance of employees, the work of some of the advantages and means of motivation for employees.


Ø  Responsible for work Job Analysis Careers.


Ø  Responsible for work Job Description Careers.


Ø  Responsible for work KPI Catalogue for HR Function.


Ø  Responsible for work Annual Performance Appraisal And Monthly.


Ø  Responsible for work Recruitment plan.


Ø  Responsible for work analysis Turnover Calculation& Turnover Cost Calculation & Turnover Report.


Ø  Work policies and procedures for human resources guide.


Ø  Assist in work Organizational structure for human resources.
