• Provide on-site hardware and software support to end users devices and applications

• Provides proper Interpersonal and communication with end users (both in verbal and in written fashion)

• Provide support for network related issues related to the end users (both Ethernet & Wireless)

• Provide proactive maintenance as needed in order to increase system reliability and reduce users calls

• Engage in different projects related to supporting and deployment of new or upgraded services to the end users

• Perform On-Call role and respond to users calls and issues outside the normal working hours

• Senior experience in performing all of the above
