Essentially an in-house legal support function.
Assisting with all legal correspondence, i.e. contracts and agreements.
Working on multiple contracts with UK & USA based business partners.
Client Details
A prominent and leading Saudi owned company.
Operating nationally and internationally and is principally involved in construction, engineering, manufacturing, trading, real estate and technology.
Description
Assisting in writing legal letters.
Assisting with all legal correspondence.
Reviewing agreements and contracts.
Working as an in-house legal support.
Liaising with lawyers from outside on certain projects and matters.
Profile
Legal Assistant / Paralegal **MUST HOLD A LAW DEGREE from UK or USA as you will be handling contracts with business partners based in UK & USA.
Must be familiar with the laws/regulations in UK and USA
Sharia Law experience is a plus.
