- Participate In developing the multiyear business plans for the Area of responsibility at PRCC.
- Follow-up and communicate company performance to the VP and to the restaurants managers, business and supporting units.
- Daily Performance monitoring on the assigned operational KPIs to the restaurants operations and restaurants managers and chefs.
- Responsible to contribute to the planning, execution and follow-up of the company marketing calendar.
- Oversee the new restaurant openings at his assigned geographical area and escalate issues and barriers to meet schedule, budget specifications.
- Responsible to operate the new restaurants, in line with the developed guidelines and standards.
- Responsible for implementing systems and methods stated in franchisors or owned concepts documentation in the Restaurants.
- Optimize the sales and operational costs.
- Ensure implementing effective problems solving to all the assigned issues between franchisors, owned concepts franchisees, the restaurants and management team.
- Provide input in evaluating suppliers.
- Responsible for executing procurements in according to the company active contracts in order to achieve economies of scale by purchasing large volumes.
- Supervise and monitor implementing the supply set up for the restaurants in coordination with logistics manager.
- Strive to reach THE COMPANY positioning objectives, to be the region pioneers in the casual fine dine in and a destination for food and fun to all family members.
- Steer the performance in operations towards maximized sales and optimized long-term profit
- Work with restaurants and brands managers to set the sales budget for all restaurants and business units and follow up on these goals.
- Responsible for achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring: - Generate more restaurants traffic - Offer a food and beverages menu that appeals to customers and potential visitors in the market - Support the quality and value perception - Run Surveys regularly to review customers perception on value.

- Being proactive manager, you should run periodic operational surveys to the restaurants to avoid operational risks.
- Ensure that the health and safety of customers and staff meets all local standards and regulations and exceeds to the HACCP standards
- Ensure that the staff is in a customer focused, productive and enjoyable working environment that offers quality service of a wide variety of nourishing meals.
- Maintain basic knowledge of the local restaurant market and in-depth knowledge of the competition on the market, and use this information to determine short and long-term goals.
- Responsible for implementing the external marketing of PRESTIGE brands in his area in liaison with marketing department.
- Strive to reach the goals and key figures that have been agreed upon in the business plan and
- Responsible to find new ways to generate more revenues.
- Recommends new prices on restaurant offerings.
- Responsible for budgeting, sales results, operational costs and quality monitoring and follow-up of all restaurants.
- Ensure implementing an automating and integrated value chain processes with proper BI and decision enablement IT reporting system.
- Ensure proper internal controls, procedures are in place and are being followed and automated.
- Ensure responsibilities and accountabilities and authorities are set and clear to your subordinates.
- Responsible to provide Training & Development Department with required guidelines or training material/courses that will support implementing their training plans.
- Ensuring competence development, training, performance appraisal, and performance based compensation and succession planning are implemented according to company policy for management and their subordinates.
- Operate the business in accordance with local legislation.
Ensure compliance with labor low and achieve leading saudization percentage.
