1. Manage and oversee all elements of production in the factory
   
2. Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
   
3. Follow product specifications and quality control measures
   
4. Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
   
5. Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
   
6. Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
   
7. Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate and engage with machinery
   
8. Diagnose origin of breakdowns (including human error) and troubleshoot problems
   
9. Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
   
10. Follow and adhere all company enforced safety rules and regulations
