• Report site status and progress to project's Manager
• Supervision of Installation & commissioning various telecom equipment’s (CCTV, Access control, bollard & barriers, switches, intrusion, etc.)
• Evaluate all relevant drawings, specifications, BOQ's, estimates etc provided by the architects/consultants; and provide inputs/suggestion
• Interfacing with the other contractor to complete the telecom works
• Guiding the sub-contractor to complete the installation work
• Inspect the works and ask for corrections whenever necessary
• Correct or drive the subcontractor to correct punch points, site observation reports and NCRs.
• Report drawing changes when doing implementation
• Drive the subcontractors to accomplish the work within the schedule
• Ensure the adherence to HSE rules for the subcontractors
• Control subcontractor presence on sites
• Inviting the client to complete the CWP and ITP Test of various telecom systems
• Finalizing the Measurement sheet for the sub-contractor
